No Refund Policy: Due to the nature of online medical consultations and the service provided, all fees paid for consultations are non-refundable. This policy is in place to ensure that we can continue to provide the best possible care and attention to all of our patients.
Booking and Cancellation:
Booking: Once a consultation appointment is booked and payment is processed, the service fee is non-refundable.
Cancellation: If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please notify us at least 24 hours in advance. While the service fee is non-refundable, we will do our best to accommodate your rescheduling request based on availability.
Missed Appointments: If you miss your scheduled appointment without prior notice, the service fee will not be refunded, and rescheduling will require payment of a new service fee.
Technical Issues: In the event of technical difficulties that prevent the consultation from taking place, please contact our support team immediately. We will work with you to reschedule the appointment at no additional charge.
Exceptional Circumstances: While our no refund policy is strict, we understand that exceptional circumstances may arise. Requests for exceptions will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis and are at the sole discretion of Global Skin Wellness
